First issued March 2001, with numerous printings following due to extraordinary demand.
The spine carries the “One-Volume Edition” device and Houghton Mifflin imprint. The rear cover retains the original $20.00 retail price as shown in the photographs.
Condition:
A solid and well-preserved reading copy. Light creasing to the spine consistent with careful use. Minor edge wear and natural toning to the page block as visible in the photographs. Binding sound and internally clean.
