The History of Middle-earth is one of the great pillars of Tolkien collecting — and also one of the hardest to protect neatly on the shelf. This listing is for a matching set of three made-to-measure slipcases, commissioned to fit your specific edition and measurements.

What you receive
- A coordinated set of three custom slipcases
- Designed to house a full HoMe collection (configuration depends on your edition and measurements)
- Finished to complement the books and to present as one unified set on the shelf

Construction details
Each slipcase is individually hand-made and built with:
- Archival, acid-free boards
- Reinforced, sealed inner structure
- Cloth exterior (colour of your choice, subject to availability)
- Printed labels (style can be discussed; usually inspired by the edition’s design language)
- Optional ribbon pulls (useful for tighter fits and frequent handling)

How to order
After checkout, you will be asked for:
- Your exact HoMe edition (publisher / ISBN if possible)
- Which volumes you want in each of the three slipcases (if you have a preference)
- Exact measurements in mm (height × width × thickness) for each “group” of volumes per case
- Preferred cloth colour and label style

Photos of your set on a flat surface (spines + top edges) can also help ensure a perfect fit and a consistent visual result.
