These hardcover books are fine unread condition, with unclipped jackets. Only one small tear at the top spine of the jacket of The Return of the King.

The slipcase has minimal wear to its corners, especially the top corners are bumped.
Some minor rubbing to bottom. Overall a very impressive fine looking set.
All maps present and in unopened condition.
