The Hobbit - third impression, 1977, of the reset edition of 1975.
The Fellowship of the Ring - fourth impression, 1976, of the Unwin Books edition of 1974.
The Two Towers - fourth impression, 1976, of the Unwin Books edition of 1974.
The Return of the King - fourth impression, 1976, of the Unwin Books edition of 1974.
Tree and Leaf / Smith of Wootton Major / The Homecoming of Beorhtnoth - combined Unwin Books edition, 1975.
Farmer Giles of Ham / The Adventures of Tom Bombadil - combined Unwin Books edition, 1975.

The volumes have different printing dates, as detailed above; this is not a set of first editions.

Condition


The paperbacks show reading wear, with creasing to the spines, rubbing and wear to the covers and edges, and age-toning to the paper. The original card box has substantial rubbing, creasing and edge and corner wear, with tears and surface loss. Please examine the photographs for the condition of this particular set; it is not a mint or unread copy.
