2002 Deluxe Limited Edition of The Silmarillion: A Pristine Collectible

This mint 2002 Deluxe Limited Edition of The Silmarillion, published by Harper Collins, is a truly exceptional collector's item, limited to just 1,000 copies. The volume is quarter bound in black leather, featuring gilt title, author, publisher, and the Tolkien Monogram on the spine.

This edition matches the size and design of the Harper Collins Limited Editions of The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, and The History of Middle Earth Series. The large Silmarillion design is gilt stamped on the front boards. The book is housed in the original publisher's slipcase, which features the same design gilt stamped on the exterior, complementing the gilt design on the book. All edges are gilded, adding a touch of elegance to this Near Fine, 8vo-sized volume with no jacket, as issued.
