A wonderful and rare Map of Middle Earth signed by JRR Tolkien with a hand written inscription "The Way for a Hobbit"

This map has been beautifully framed, it was taken from a 1^st printing of "The Fellowship of the Ring" 1954 and comes with a letter of authenticity from a leading Tolkien expert with mention of Christopher Tolkien and Raynor Unwin confirming its authenticity.
